The skiers-beginners and children come here into their own – ski lifts Duncan, Košťálka, Sport I., II and III. are perfect for them! The advanced skiers can enjoy hills directly on Black Mountain. Ski areal SKIMU is located in Malá Úpa in the eastern part of the Giant Mountains close to the polish border.
This areal offers ideal conditions for families with childrens, beginners and middle experienced skiers. SKIMU is also equipped with snowmaking system. Skibus is transporting skiers from central parking to the ski area for free. The region Malá Úpa is an ideal place for cross country skiers. Here you can find several cross country tracks. Skipark Mladé Buky is situated in the Eastern Giant Mountains, close to town Trutnov.
